Empowering individuals to build a better future lies at the heart of Lions Club Greenlands’ Youth and Women Development programs. Launched in 2020, this initiative aims to equip young people and women with essential skills, confidence, and opportunities to achieve personal and professional growth. Each batch consists of 60 participants, who undergo a 3-month structured training program, culminating in a certification of completion that enhances their employability and self-reliance.
Till date, over 1,400 members have successfully completed the training and embarked on paths toward entrepreneurship, employment, and leadership. Through these programs, Lions Club Greenlands continues to foster empowerment, self-sufficiency, and equality — nurturing changemakers who drive progress within their communities.
